a.l.u.c.a.r.D – the Sickness

I’ve been fading away from rap music lately. Maybe I’m growing tired of the typical “broads, booze, and money” bullshit that seems to be part of the broken record that is rap and hip-hop.

Just when I thought I was done listening, Tech releases the Seepage EP. It re-sparked what I love about rap music. It’s hard, it’s lyrical, it’s dark, and he absolutely brought back what he had lacked in his last couple releases. A lot of people that listen to tech weren’t huge fans of his darker stuff on K.O.D but I was the opposite. I listen to music that touches my inner most emotions. That’s why I’ve gotten to heavy into deadmau5 lately…I’ve just been in a kickassIwannagofuckingparty type mood. I need a balance of some sort though, and this brought that in for me. I LOVE how dark it is. He does this music well, like it or not.

I suggest you go check out alucarD at the very least, even if you’re not a tech n9ne fan.
